Terms and Conditions:
TOURS HAVE A FOUR PERSON MINIMUM WITH A MAXIMUM OF TEN. If there are less than 4 people registered for a tour, custom tours during this time period can be arranged with an added surcharge. Under no circumstances is BFGT responsible for flight cancellation fees. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
BFGT makes every attempt to fulfill the itinerary but occasionally circumstances
beyond our control make this impossible. In this case, we substitute another activity.

While we make every effort to provide safe, happy tours, BFGT and our suppliers are not liable for any injury, theft or

Cancellations:
Should a tour be cancelled due to natural disaster, war, or other acts outside of our control, your deposit less a $150 handling fee will be refunded.
If you need to cancel your tour, please inform us as quickly as possible. These cancellation fees are imposed because we are a small group tour and a minimum fee is guarenteed to the local people who participate as they prepare for the visit of the group . And because these tours occur during festival high seasons, some advance reservations are not refunded.
Cancellations more than 45 days before a tour will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
45 days to 14 days before the tour, cancellations will be charged $250.
Cancellations within 14 days before the tour will forfeit the entire $400 deposit.
